The room was lovely, jacuzzi tub and fireplace, but they were doing construction in the room above ours and there was this toxic odor that we encountered our first afternoon there. So, we complained and they moved our room. They moved our room to another location in the same building. Next door, they were hammering and across the hall there were paint fumes from work being done! No rest! There are at least 3 other buildings to choose from and they put us in two work zones! Very disappointed! paid over $235 a night. When I complained, the girl behind the counter took $50 off the stay, but the manager never returned my call! Lame! Try the Hyatt in Westlake, or better yet, the Four Seasons almost done being built. I expected more from Westlake Village Inn.
