What a wonderful Italian Bistro! I was a guest of Tuscany regulars and needless to say -- I most certainly understand why they are repeat customers. We stopped there on our way home from Santa Barbara (an easy commute to and from the area). The atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the superb and friendly customer service, was outstanding. Jacopo (sp?), the manager, was the consummate host. The menu is diverse and reasonably priced. Presentation is excellent. While waiting for a table, we sat at the beautifully appointed and well stocked bar. Quinn, the personable and handsome head bartender, along with the charming Santiago -- were special highlights of our outing. Tuscany is a rare fine jewel in Westlake Village. It is located in a shopping center that is undergoing renovation at the present time. Although it has impacted the out door dining for the time being -- it does not affect the inside area of the restaurant. It really is worth the trip. We plan on dining there again very soon (on the 31st!!).
