Five of us in our party tonight - and everything was excellent. There were many specials which our waiter efficiently told us. Our waitress was very efficient and make sure our special requests were handled properly, we told her we had theater tickets and she make sure we were done in time. For starters: the lentil soup special and the lobster appetizer where the standouts. For our main course the Seabass was excellent as was the spigoli. The breads were freshly baked warm and varied. We also had several desserts (Lemon cake, molten lava cake) which were outstanding. There is ample parking in the shopping center parking lot right in front of the restaurant.

This restaurant has been in the area for years. Tomaso is the Italian restaurant 'guru' - he can't be beat for atmosphere, service, food and wine. Fantastic dining experience, always a treat to dine here. Pastas are exceptionally good and large enough to share as a first course. When the "crispy" duck is available - it is a personal favorite!!! Duck is a treat when it is prepared this well. Pheasant, not so much. The staff is top-notch, professional and polished yet always friendly and treats the regulars like family! Absolutely love this restaurant. Tomaso is a genuine host and restauranteur. Best Italian in the area, although the sister restaurant Rustico is also a wonderful place to dine.

We have frequented this restaurant many times over several years. I can say that the quality of the meals haven't changed one bit, they are all excellent. My favorite is the salmon wrapped in a potato pancake. Great appetizers and desserts too.

It was our last night at the Westlake Village Inn and my wife and I were looking for a nearby local restaurant for dinner. I found the Tuscany II online and the reviews looked good so we thought we would give it a try. I'm not going to go crazy describing our dinners, but bottom line I don't think you can go wrong with any entree here. Authentic Italian describes it best. Everything from the cordial/accomodating greeting, considering we did not have reservations made you feel right at home.
Our waiter was a real pro with helpful suggestions from the wine list right on down through the extensive menu. They didn't rush you and if we wanted we could have stayed and talked all night without being pushed for a check.
If you want to get away from the hotel restaurants in the area and dine with the locals, this place was outstanding. You won't be disappointed!
