We made reservations and asked to be seated outside which was nice. Inside is crowded, dark, and noisy. I always get the Macadamia crusted halibut which is delicious. It comes with jasmine rice which tasted like regular rice tonight and a delicious peanut sauce although there wasn't enough. One person ordered risotto with lobster which he said was really good; another the miso sea bass which was excellent. I had a taste and will order that next time. We had creme brûlée which could have had a thicker burnt sugar coating but was otherwise delicious; tiramisu which was good and I had the coconut cream pie which resembles no other coconut dessert I have ever tasted. The crust was thin and not flaky as described; the filling was gelatinous which no coconut flavor and the cream on top had toasted coconut and caramel sauce. I would definitely not order that again. They need to get a good southern coconut cream pie recipe if they are going to have one on the menu. The waitstaff was friendly and loved every dish we ask about so we didn't get a good critic of the items. We will definitely go back again and stick with the menu items we know and like.
