“Surprisingly Excellent”
Reviewed December 3, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

I've been to The Grill in Beverly Hills and was out in Westlake Village with some friends and decided to give it a try. Our server was Norbert and he was fantastic. Very knowledgable about the menu and a great personality. The steaks, stone crab, oysters, lamb chops were all excellent. We will definitely be back.

“Best value steak house in region”
Reviewed November 6, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

The service is usually very good but can can be streaky. The steaks are consistently the best value in the region. This time the steaks were fantastic. The atmosphere can be noisy and it was this time. Conversation can be difficult for those with hearing aides or who do not like to speak loudly

“Great Place, BUT........”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

This was a very nice place to eat so I have no complaints about the food or the service. What I did get a little put off of was that this is an upscale Daily Grill.... literally! The parent company owns the Grill on the Alley and Daily Grill (wish I knew that before I got there). The menu is pretty much the same as the Daily Grill as is the decor. But the prices are way higher. What was alarming was we went for lunch and they charged us $18 for rum and coke- really!!!!. No place is that nice....
So if you are in the mood for great food, then just go to the Daily Grill and save yourself some money.

“A Solid Winner in Westlake Village”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

The "Grill" is a fixture in Westlake Village and deserves that reputation. A bit expensive, but their food and service can't be provided at corner café prices. It is not a cozy type of restaurant. It is large and wanders a bit from room to room. If you can snare a booth the comfort level goes up. Service and food are top grade. On weekends, the eggs benedict are the best I have ever had.

“High end dining but food disappoints”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

Very nice ambiance, attentive staff, friendly surroundings, but unfortunately the main attration, the food, failed to impress. Had sea bass with a mango salsa but it lacked the great taste you would be looking for. For the price, would not return
