I've stayed at the London several times and it hasn't disappointed yet. Every staff member is very helpful and friendly. One standout was Sebastian who was prompt, courteous, immediately helpful and super-friendly. The valets were also friendly and on top of the car situ, which got hectic when many guests left for an awards ceremony. Highly recommended.

Sebastian was the most engaging and kind professional I've encountered while traveling for work in ages. I truly felt cared for which is significant when being away from family. He was so kind and observant.

Should have left the best for last...
It took my husband and I ages to find the right hotel. We even booked a few hotels and ended up cancelling. We decided to book with The London and we were not disappointed.

We visited LA and Vegas, stayed in Weho for 5 days, drove to Vegas and stayed at the Encore. The reason why I mentioned that we should have saved the best for last is because we stayed at the Encore after we left the Weho. Unfortunately, Weho raised our standards and ended up not liking our next hotel!!

We booked the Vista Suite, we actually upgraded a week before, because we wanted a good view. I suggest you book a room on the 9th floor, otherwise you may get a room with a not so great view. Our room overlooked the hills and had great views of the sunset. The room itself was great... A very large comfortable bed, L shape sofa, big TV and a decent sized balcony. The room also had a dressing area and ample amount of closet space. We had enough space to tuck away are bags, so the room was clear. The bathroom is amazing...large tub, double shower - all very spacious. There was also a sink area in the room and it doesn't look tacky. We also had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when we arrived.

I think the room is definitely worth the price. Very quiet, always cleaned and easy access to the roof top pool.

The previous reviews mentioned the rooftop quite a bit. Especially the "bad service". Please ignore those reviews. I personally thought the service was great. Thank you very much to Karim, who made our visit to the rooftop enjoyable. We always had drinks up on the roof, with great views, more than enough seating area and great cocktails... what more can you ask for? The pool is lovely too, I swam a few times early morning when it was really quiet. Always a lot of space during the day and looks amazing at night, especially with the fireplace.

We had breakfast a few times at the hotel. Really nice food and great customer service.

We had a hire car and valet parked our car everyday...again the valet guys are really nice and really make you feel special. Front desk staff always say hi when you come and go. Also the concierge service give you great advice.

Hotel has free fast WiFI and they have a house car, which we used a few times. Adds the extra personal touch. Great location for local restaurants and bars.

We were really sad to leave this hotel. I definitely recommend the London West Hollywood - it won't disappoint!!!!

Room Tip: Book a room on the 9th floor

Our family enjoyed the london very much. large, luxe rooms, huge bathrooms with awesome showers and tubs, a very nice breakfast buffet (with nice service from our waiter, who remembered us every day), and we met a very cute mascot puppy dog named churchill. The first day we arrived early and had drinks and a snack on the rooftop deck with great views. The kids also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The only negative, which has been mentioned in other reviews, is that pool service is lacking. This isn't a resort pool feeling, and it was hard to flag down a server for a drink, and hard to find towels and chairs one day. But it is (west) hollywood, and people seemed happy to sit in the sun and be seen. Would definitely return

Really like this hotel. Its in a great location, big rooms, great bath tubs, lovely service, the watermelon fresca with breakfast was particularly good, and served by the very charming Sebastian. Overall the staff are lovely and very helpful.

Would definitely come back.
