Stayed here while looking at colleges with my son. Nice big suite with huge bathroom and balcony overlooking LA.....Luxurious amenities, delicious buffet breakfast in the boxwood cafe and friendly and very helpful staff. Walking distance to sunset blvd, robertson blvd, Just all around very nice setting - that was very upbeat. Staff was very helpful. On check in had a slight issue and they remedied it in no time. This was a real treat (we splurged!) and it was well worth it!

I have stayed at the hotel many times and it's is just the best! ( as long as your not on San Vicente) the staff are friendly and accommodating - the rooms are large and comfortable - the bath rooms big and spacious - the Location is great and the roof top pool amazing!! A must for anyone wanting to stay in west Hollywood!!!

I have stayed in several hotels in beverly hills area (SLS, Mr C, Sofitel, Andaz, Standard, Mondrian...) and London comes #1 by far. Location is convenient since you have a few shops, restaurants, bars and clubs which are only a few minutes away (on sunset or a bit further on rodeo). Staying on rodeo is not my favorite... too busy. For 300-400$ a night this is the best deal you can have. Rooms are huge and decently appointed. Bathrooms are great (double shower and massive tub). The pool is very nice (rooftop, decent size, salt water and nice decoration). Breakfast buffet is included and is delicious as well. All in all you really feel at home there. I stayed there in April and came back again in October.

Room Tip: All rooms are quite big so need to worry about this. Take high floor (vista room) to enjoy some more light.

What a fabulous, relaxing place. It's a hotel that truly makes you feel like you're "away" and are in someplace special. The rooms are so well appointed, the bathrooms are huge and have great spa products. Views on city side are great. Rooftop pool is gorgeous and the staff are right on top of things. (Without asking, they brought noodles and floaties for our kids.) Breakfast buffet is worthy of London or Paris. Just a great all around experience, would highly recommend.

Room Tip: We had a two-room suite with 2 baths. Allowed Mom and Dad to have their own room and kids were on huge pullout and very nice crib.

My wife was having ankle surgery and was going to be laid up for a week. Chose the London due to the very good value in the comfy suites and the availability of Gordon Ramsey in room dining allowed us to enjoy our meals despite being bound to the room.

Room Tip: The suites are really exceptional. We chose the Verandah suite which gave us a very large outdoor patio in addition to the large suite.
