My husband was out at the auto show on business and he went to this place twice. On the 2nd night-the waitress never returned his cc. She looked high and low but it was nowhere to be found. They had someone else's card, so they thought maybe they got switched. After 1 hr. my husband tells the manager he couldn't wait any longer and she tells him the patron who's card they had didn't have his, sorry, blah blah but we don't have it. For all the aggravation they caused, he asked the mgr. to comp his meal. She said she would have to call corporate. Ashleigh (Mgr. of operations) calls my husband a few days later and says to him in response to his wanting the meal credited-"sorry I would love to make you happy, next time you are in town, drinks our on us" really? The response was "meal, and services were rendered, so we can't credit you the bill now. The $32 bill, which my husbands job would pick up, was not the issue-it was the fact that they lost his card and all the aggravation associated with that! Ashleigh sure has no business sense-he would have maybe come back but not now and will be sure to tell all his BMW colleagues to stay away from this poorly managed place!!
