“Wonderful atmosphere”
Reviewed February 13, 2013 via mobile

We live in the U.K. and always eat here. Sit outside and you will see Sunset Blvd at its best. Great waitresses and great food! This place is well established and have got everything dead right. ENJOY!

“5 Star Dining Experience”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Le Petit Four is as good as it gets! It's so refreshing in Los Angeles where many restaurants boast celebrity chefs/owners who are rarely there or seem to care to find Alex and Robert - owners that are never NOT there and working just as hard as the wait staff to make their customers happy. They truly care about everyone who steps foot in their restaurant and do whatever they can to make their dining experience enjoyable...whether that means recommending wine pairings, re-doing a dish if it's not to someone's liking, or even sending over a complimentary desert/after dinner drink to regulars. What they're also great at is picking servers that are friendly, caring, attractive and knowledgable. Not to mention the food! I've tried the Lambshank (to die for) Beef Medallions (super tender) Whitefish (a stand-out) and a bunch of different pastas (Pene LP4s the best), and none have disappointed! If you save up enough room for desert you HAVE to try the Saint Honore - vanilla cream and caramel profiteroles - can't get anywhere else. All in all Le Petit Four stands out on the Sunset Strip as a restaurant that yes is great for people watching and the occasional celebrity sighting, but also provides great food, service, and an overall 5 star dining experience.

“an excellent breakfast”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

Le Petit Four has been on the Strip forever - and that's because it is very good food, with great service. If you like to have lots of personal space around your table, eat inside. If you want a more cafeteria-style seating arrangement, where you might meet someone new, sit outside. Lunch is good, but not extraordinary, but breakfast and bruch are.

“Very nice. Great Sunset Blvd experience.”
Reviewed January 3, 2013 via mobile

Service was excellent. Artichoke starter a bit water logged since we ordered it hot, but vinaigrette was outstanding and made up for it. Salad good. Risotto was really good. Owner stopped by to check on us...not what I expected at a tourist locale. Highly recommended.
