We started Kimono dragon martinis, Hanabe and Hirami Sashimi, the Yellowtail with Jalapenos, Rock Shrimp Tempura with Spicy Miso Glaze, the Katana and Spider Rolls, and the Lobster Tail with Ponzu and Cilantro Aioli.
Ended beautifully with 3 glorious desserts--my favorite was the perfection of chocolate souffle with a perfect molten chocolate sauce. Domo Arigato!
