This really is a boutique hotel in that it is small, has a lot of personality, is in a nice but funky neighborhood, with an artsy feel. Very eclectic decor with a French, kind of New Orleans, theme. Bathrooms were not large, but the shower was very nice. The rooftop garden, pool area was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel has a very young, and very attentive staff. Our room on the third floor was very noisy, with lots of noise coming from the kitchen and rooftop, but it was New Years Eve and the noise started up again about 6 a.m. They were serving a New Years Day Brunch that day. Rooms away from the kitchen would be a lot quieter. We could walk to several nice restaurants. Great location and I would stay there again.
