Okay, maybe it's the only Peruvian food in West Covina, but that's beside the point. This is a great restaurant, as noted by the long lines and consistent crowds. Dishes to try are the Lomo Saltado, Saltado de Pollo and Tallarin Verde with steak or chicken. Also recommend the Chicha Morada (purple corn punch) for a unique, but addicting and refreshing beverage. The sauces at the counter are also very tasty, my personal favorite the dark green cilantro/garlic/oil sauce. I've been to many Peruvian restaurants around LA and this is one of my favorites.
