I have been visiting PFChang's for years. In Troy Mi., in Il., in Orlando Fla, and now in Walnut Creek, Ca. And have never been disappointed with the food or service. I have lived in Walnut Creek about a year and have visited Chang's here many times both for lunch and dinner. The service is very good and consistent, friendly and willing to do what it takes to have me comeback. The food is always to my liking, spicy chicken and lettuce wraps got me coming to Chang's but I love most everything on the menu. One real draw back is most of the food is not Weight Watchers friendly except lettuce wraps. If you ask for the nutritional menu it gives you a good idea the calories and nutritional values of all menu items. Our server heard us talk about our diet and suggested thus to help us make up minds. We decided this would be our indulgent place to enjoy and make up the points on other days and meals.. Walnut Creek PFChang's is my favorite Asian Restaurant.

Enjoyed a delicious meal at P.F. Chang's for Mom's birthday. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. We have been to several P.F. Changs and the Walnut Creek one can definitely keep up with the rest. So, overall , good food and a nice ambiance and the price was very reasonable for 4 adults with 2 children including drinks and appetizers.

Lunch plates are quite small, and a bit pricey IMO.
Used to be a much better value.
Overall not worth it.

We have come here often over the years but not in several months. Something has changed. The servers seem to be going through the motions of the job. Many appeared on the edge of sloppy in dress. Our appetizer took almost 25 minutes to reach the table and the then holding the tray stopped for a prolonged conversation with his coworker, almost casual and unconcerned that he was holding our food. Our primary waiter noticed and went over and took the food away from him. He did not seem to care at all. We has two basic entrees for lunch w rice, one ice tea and the bill was almost 50 dollars . Much better food and service and attention to detail at cheesecake

Early dinner, hoping to be have Asian food craving satisfied. Poor choice. Asked for lychee martini. Waiter did not know what it is. We asked that he ask the bartender, the waiter returned with a no. How hard is it to keep cans of lychee in stock? Food is over sweetened and very greasy. The "Asian Slaw" was just pieces of uninspiring vegetable with barely any taste. Menu may have been "new" back in the '90s. Time to revamp!
