The baby back ribs, tri-tip and chicken are hands down the best you'll find in Visalia. It's the Mesquite they use for their BBQ that gives anything on the menu it's unique and savory flavor. Family meals come with flour tortillas, rice and the best beans I've had, and their salsa you'll want to eat with a spoon. You can dine in but this is more strip-mall and not a restaurant in that sense, but is it ever great for take out. That's why I marked it as average for "special occasions" below. It's not somewhere you go for an occasion. The only problem with Tour's Grill, you can't get it on weekends! Friday afternoon until Monday they're closed. That's the worst part of this restaurant.
