For a Pet Friendly hotel you can't beat the clean rooms and the value this hotel offers. After traveling 10 hours, you just want to lie down and rest, this is what we did when we arrived. I have been traveling with pets for 13 years, this hotel exceeds them all. Randy, owner/manager was an excellent host where any need was met. The complimentary breakfast was an excellent way to start our day.

For a place to crash the night, it was perfect. The rooms are clean, bed comfy, showers hot etc. The hospitality here is truly excellent. The owner was exceptionally friendly and very genuine. She showed such warmth and sincerity that it made the stay so much more pleasing. Breakfast is included and is good so no need to seek out alternatives. On offer was cereal and coffee-perfect for me. But, also offered was scrambled egg/sausages/toast/pastries/juice/fruit etc.
No complaints and recommended.

Check in by Sam was easy and professional. The room was clean with new carpet and bed comfy. No noise too from heater or fridge and the fridge was even defrosted -- what a treat and the bathroom was huge. The one thing I like was the outlets were not hidden behind beds and desk so easy to plug in our computer and phones. That's a plus for me.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at the Quality Inn in Ukiah, California many times over the past 2 years. We have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast and the staff is very courteous. We had a special occasion where we needed a wheelchair and the owner offered to loan us a chair that belonged to him. We were most appreciative and given the opportunity, we will stay at this motel whenever we are in Ukiah.

We are here in Ukiah for 5 weeks undergoing Radiation treatments.

My husband and I are absolutely pleased and happy with the staff here at this Quality Inn. Seldom do we meet people as friendly and conscientious as The Parmar Family. Going above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant and easy as possible considering the circumstances.

This speaks to an elevated level of commitment to the traveler, the facility, and customer satisfaction that is lacking in much of today's business world. This also speaks well of them and their commitment to their customers as well as the pride that is so evident in their facility.

They represent what I would call the very best of customer service and beyond that there is a human element that goes beyond the norm. They should be commended for their efforts, commitment and attitude, which is stellar !

Whether it's a one or two night stay or an extended visit, the level of commitment to the customer and for those little extras needed at certain times, one cant go wrong here.

We were pleasantly surprised by how large the bedroom and bathroom were. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was sausage, eggs, and toast. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay and for families.

Room Tip: If you have problem with stairs request a room on the bottom floor because the staircase is steep an...

From the very first moment we were made to feel welcome. Randy and his wife took very good care of us. We were there for a local Car Show, he provided directions to the event locations. The rooms were clean. The facilities are well cared for, and you can tell there is a lot of pride in ownership here. The breakfast room is a little small, the breakfast was very good, real eggs, sausage, great coffee, danish, a variety of breads, two cereals, and juice just to mention some of the choices. The rooms were pretty quiet, just a small amount of noise from the upstairs guests, we did not hear anything from the side rooms. They were very accommodating, and even offered us a wash rack and rags to clean our cars. We will definitely stay here for any future trips to the area. We hope they continue to "keep up the good work" far into the future.

Room Tip: The only advice, other than "stay here" when visiting Ukiah, California, would be to try a...
