Kuma (formerly Onami, Todai and The Palms) is a pretty good buffet. At $26 for dinner on the weekends, its not exactly cheap. However, the food quality is a step up from the other buffets around town. They offer a large variety of freshly made sushi. In addition, the tempura is not bad. In addition to the standard asian buffet fare (fried rice, teriyaki, fried noodles, etc.) they have a large selection of good salads, udon, fresh oysters, grilled short ribs too. I recommend this place if you are really hungry.
