Description: The Angel Island Cafe serves made to order delicious food for you to enjoy while enjoying the view of Ayala Cove. We make our soups, salads, dressings and sauces from scratch. We use all natural meats and much of our produce and grains are organic. We do not take reservations but there is ample seating on our large outdoor deck. We serve beer and wine. We also have a large selection of Angel Island souvenir items.

“surprisingly good for a tiny tourist place”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

We were a group of 5 International traveling midlife women -- very particular --and we all loved the food (fresh salads, fragrant cheese platter with crostinis). And then the surprise of live music at 2 pm (a duo with a gravelly voiced rhythm'n'blues singer and guitar player) -- as we watched sailboats and the wind rippling the sun-dappled water -- perfect! And good prices, what could be better?
Thanks!

“Angel Island Cafe & Cantina is a Charming Experience!”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

We've enjoyed several visits to Angel Island and have camped overnight at one of the few campsites there three summers in a row, it's one of the Bay Area's lesser known getaways! The Cafe & Cantina at the Cove is a favorite stop on our visits. The food is casual but delicious and includes burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. The staff is friendly and the view from one of the outside tables is great! Grab a cold one (or two!), some grilled shrimp, and relax after a day of exploring this island and its history! You won't regret the trip!

“Fab Food, Sunny Deck, Killer View”
Reviewed June 28, 2013

Haven't been to A Island for ages. We were delighted to find a great locally-sourced menu, yummy food (ceasar chicken wraps, pulled pork sands, and salads), IPA on draft and tons more. Service was just great. They kindly stored our birthday cake in their refrig while we hiked around.

The island is as fresh, green and gorgeous as ever! Love Captain Maggie on the Tiburon ferry.

February was a surprisingly warm and nice month to visit.
