The Waters Edge is a wonderful getaway, with a great location right on the water, great food within walking distance and a staff that is second to none! We have been staying at The Waters Edge every year since 2004, and this year we will enjoy this great place on three different occasions . . . a visit about every 4 months!

Room tip: any of the 23 rooms is great because the deck overlooking the marina is where you will spend your waking hours!

Small boutique hotel located next door to Sam's - right on main street, dining, strolling and night action all right out the door step. Note; there is another hotel in this town but it is about 1/2 mile from the main street - glad we picked here.

Staff was very accommodating, provided a courtesy bottle of wine to us when we returned after 11pm to enjoy the rest of our evening.

Highly recommend and will be returning.

Room tip: Worth the extra money for upgraded room with view of San Francisco

We loved to sit out on the deck in the evening and enjoy our wine and light snacks provided by the hotel during the wine reception. The bed was very comfortable and the shower (big tub/shower) was great with the wonderful natural bath products. The continental breakfast delivered to our room, at the time we requested, was a great way to start the day. The Hotel is located next to the ferry landing which makes it very convenient to hop on the ferry and spend the day in San Francisco without the hassle of driving or parking in the City. Finally, and most importantly, we were very pleased with the wonderful staff at the Hotel. They took very good care of us. Paul was especially helpful and accommodating of our requests. Thank you all for a great stay! We will definitely be back."

What an amazing waterfront hotel! This boutique hotel is a must when visiting Tiburon. From the lovely rooms (each with a fireplace) to the super comfy beds to the friendly staff, Waters Edge Hotel is a great place to get-away! Nightly happy hour from 5-7 with beautiful wine, cheese and nuts served and Breakfast served to you in your room each morning - all complimentary ☺️. Local restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Ferry boats at your doorstep with easy access to Sausalito and San Francisco.
We will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful property in a great location. Included breakfast delivered to room and the evening wine tasting are wonderful touches. The only reason for 4 rating rather than 5 is that some decor is showing age and needs to be updated/refurbished. There was a bench at the end of the bed that even my husband said he wouldn't have in our house and he doesn't typically notice such things. The full view room at the end of the property is worth the price! Awesome views, private deck and fireplace. Wonderful.
