My friends and I were driving down the Northern California coast and this was the only place we could find to stay... but I am glad that we booked here. It's a beautiful place with lots of cool history. The hotel's architecture is vintage late 60's but has been updated. Our room was spacious and the beds and linens were wonderful! We had a great time exploring and the food was incredible! The only disappointing thing was that the upholstery on the chairs in the room were a bit worn and soiled. Also we would have loved it if there was a hot tub or spa.

Dear Kari,

Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback with us on your recent stay. I'm glad you stumbled upon us driving down the coast. I will be sure to share all your great comments with the team. As for the upholstery on the chairs I apologize, but I am happy to say new chairs are being ordered for each guestroom. We look forward to your next visit.

We were married in Sea Ranch in 2006 and this was the second time we've been back. Each time we visit is a special experience. This time we spent time at the ocean and in the forest. We love Sea Ranch!

Wonderful place to rest and recover from daily life.We stayed for just one night, but again a great location and experience.
The very unique architecture of Moore Turnbull is still an example of a well
balanced way to built wooden houses in nature.
The staff at the desktop(Checking out) was a little bit cool and kept a kind of strange distance, but never the less a wonderful place.

At checkout we were charged incorrectly for our room. After some discussion the front desk was able to resolve it. By the time we got home we had already received a $132 credit to our card. All in all we love Sea Ranch. The new chef is excellent.

We found the ranch to be quiet and relaxing. It is set on the beautiful northern California coast and the panoramic views are spectacular.it reminded us of an upscale camp like environment with nice amenities to invite relaxation
. It has beautiful walking paths to meander. The only downside is the lack of insulation in the rooms which allows you to hear your neighbors. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was well prepared. You are sort of hooked to dining in their restaurant which is fine with a great variation of food and prices.
We did find the rates rather steep but I assume that the view was considered in the cost

Dear Judy W,

Thank you for taking the time out of your schedule to complete our Guest Survey regarding your recent stay at the Lodge.

Please know that your feedback is extremely valuable to us and we will utilize your response by continuing to focus on making each and every guest experience the best it can be. I will be sure to share all your great comments with the team.

I do however apologize for not having insulation which can allow neighbors to hear one another, but most guests are very conscious of the noise level.

We hope to see you again soon.
