This Hotel claims a 3 million Dollar Re-Model, although the rooms are not clean, black mold in shower stalls, older pocket doors, and dirty carpet.

The so called exercise room is unusable and has a horrible smell of mold, you can smell it when you walk by it. I would not go in there, major mold smell.

Service was less than perfect, heard a guest complaining of a stranger walking into his room.

Doors to pool do not work forcing you to reach your hand through to open them...no signs or notice.

GOOD LOCATION BUT NEEDS TO BE REDONE AGAIN, GETS A C- FOR SERVICE, A D- FOR CLEANLINESS AND AN FAIL!! FOR THE EXERCISE ROOM.

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Temecula...can't beat the value. The staff is great, and the breakfast and cocktails are terrific. The rooms were renovated a little while ago in a Wine Country Theme, which is very nice. Love the food at the hotel restaurant too - their new Chef is a delight.

I wrote the hotel to try and find out where they buy their hairdryers from and they sent me one for FREE. I'd also suggested that they offer other types of pillows and they went out and purchased feather pillows! Amazing service!

We just returned from a visit to S. California and stayed at this hotel for two nights. I must say that the room was just OK. Very small scale. The bathroom was very small and no sink area in the bathroom. The bedroom also was very small. The doors to the bathroom and bedroom were the sliding doors, not real doors. Would not recommend it for anyone with 3 people in the room. The pull out sofa was awful, like sleeping on springs! Not like the Embassy Suites we have stayed at. I must say the pool area was clean and very large and nice. The breakfast was very good also. The location was good for the wineries. I was a little disappointed for the price we paid.

If you're coming to Temecula to visit the wineries - this is a great place to stay. The wineries are all along one road and this hotel is at the freeway end of the road so it's location is perfect if you start at wineries furthest away and work your way back to the hotel. By the time you're ready to call it a day - or it's 5 and the wineries are closing, you don't have far to drive. The hotel lobby, bar, pool, and rooms are very nice. There is a managers reception every evening at the bar - free light beer, local wines, and rail mixed drinks - and popcorn! The breakfast is great too.

The only downside to Temecula is the lack of restaurants. It's suburb of San Diego and has your basic chains but nothing notable or unique except for a few places at the wineries that are VERY pricey.

We just recently came home from a wonderful stay at the Embassy suites. My husband had business there and I decided to join him for 2 nights. We've stayed at the Pechanga before and loved it. However, this trip we felt 269.00 for a saturday night stay there was a bit excessive. We also looked into South Coast Winery resort but 289.00 was ridiculous!!! Especially when the pool and spa is not yet opened!
The Embassy Suites worked just fine, the room looked to be recently refurbished a little on the small side but none the less it was fine for two people. The pool area was well maintained and clean. The lobby area is nice and the cafe and lounge area are good places for the complimentry breakfast and happy hour, free beer!! what more can you ask for.
We also spotted Joe Jackson sitting in the hotel Lobby one night Hmmm... Well, if its good enough for Michael's dad I guess it was good enough for us!

My family, including three young children and seniors, stayed for a week at the Embassy Suites in Temecula following a weeklong cruise out of Long Beach. We were very pleased with everything about the hotel. The location was great (we visited San Diego, Disneyland, Legoland, Julian etc) and never felt that the drive was too long. The rooms were large and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great and just about as good as what we enjoyed on the ship, in terms of variety and quantity. The pool was very nice (large and secluded from the highway). Last, but not least, although we did not take very much advantage of this feature, we noticed that many guests enjoyed the nightly "manager's reception," which offered complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and light snacks. All in all, we believe we made a wise choice and would definitely return to this hotel if we visit SO Cal in the future.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great and included in the price! The staff was friendly and the pool was the nicest I've seen at an Embassy Suites. We'll be back!
