The service was very good. No waiting upon arrival, and was provided the room I requested. The breakfast was as usual the norm for Embassy Hotels. Did not stay long enough to try out the swimming pool, spa or the gym.

Wow, where do I begin? First of all, I will start by saying we stay at ES every time we go on vacation. We've never had any complaints, and always love our stay. As soon as we pulled up to this ES, I knew it wasn't the hotel we're used to. We weren't greeted in the usual ES atrium either; very dated, older hotel. Check in was quick and painless, no complaints there. We walked in to the room, and it was TINY! This was a family vacation trip for our family of 5. It definitely doesn't accommodate a family for more than a day or two. We stayed 4 nights, and it was extremely difficult not to check out early. Rooms were dated and dingy, and after being in the room for a couple of hours, the bathroom smell started getting to us. We found the source of the smell; a wet towel on the side of the tub, so apparently they forgot to clean the bathroom?? Gross!

The front desk did apologize and added extra honors points to my account, so in that sense, the customer service was good. The room got very hot and stuffy, especially at night. The pillows were terrible, and they didn't leave extra blankets for the sofa bed. Despite asking for extra towels on my reservation and throughout our stay, we were only left 3 towels every day, and had to go to the front desk to get more. There were 5 of us in the room, so it should have been common sense that we'd need at least 5 towels.
Many reviews commented on the bad breakfast, but this was the highlight of the hotel for us. Many options to choose from; eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, & an omelette station. Our kids went swimming at 9am and the water was warm, so the heated pool was a plus. As other reviews stated, this hotel is fine for one or two nights for business trip, but for families, rooms are too small. Don't expect the beautiful ES with atrium. Oh, and this hotel doesn't have a laundry facility, so we had to go to a coin laundry down the street. Noise can be a problem, and there were people smoking pot on their balcony while my kids were swimming. Classy huh?

My family and I stayed for one night on the last day of our Carlsbad vacation.

We were greeted by the front desk staff and told of the hospitality mixer in the lounge.

My wife and I enjoyed some drinks and appetizers, which were all complimentary.

The pool was nice and refreshing with plenty of room for the kids to splash and play.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 5.

Breakfast included made to order omelets. I suggest getting there close to when they open as it gets crowded quickly. My family had to sit at two different tables.

The food was good and the only complaint I have is that the staff needs to stay on top of resupplying low food items.

I didn't see any bacon in the hot dishes but the chef Joey was nice enough to give me some from behind the omelet station for my 5 year old.

Will stay again when back in Temecula.

We were told the pool was heated. We had a child with us and we were not able to use it. The breakfast was worth every penny. The chefs making them were friendly and the rest of the food was okay. The location was good, plenty of stores if you forgot something. The wineries weren't far at all.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy a weekend wine tasting trip of just a few of Temecula's wonderful wineries. The location by the freeway was close to a major mall and lots of fine dining, both formal and casual. The cozy atmosphere and the comfortable accommodations were wonderful and we really enjoyed the made to order breakfast. The homemade salsa was the best!

We came to the Murrieta area due to a family funeral we were attending. Our rooms were very comfortable, nice bedding and great mattresses. It felt like we had our own studio apartment. Loved that it was so close to downtown eateries and amenities. Enjoyed our stay despite the occasion and will be back to take advantage of the wineries and wine tours. Temecula is a very cute town. The only downside I would have to say is that the complimentary evening reception was a bit crowded and very few appetizers. No matter, had a nice cocktail and relaxed.

This facility stepped up to the plate. When my sons "Homes for our Troops" groundbreaking had to be moved indoors due to adverse weather, Embassay Suites of Temecula hosted the event and we all had a fantastic time. We had approximately 50 of our family from Oregon staying here and they loved the idea of not having to battle the wind, rain or mud to attend the event.
