“Don't do it!”
Reviewed August 9, 2014

Never written this poor of a review, but honestly, there was nothing good about our experience except for the sweet waitress. FLAVORLESS BBQ! Dry meat. Watery side dishes. Even the sauce tasted like a syrup base - it was bright red and translucent?? This is a BAR - not a restaurant, and definitely the worse BBQ we have ever tried. Sad.

“Average”

Just returned from an early dinner. The tri-tip was a bit over done but cut with my table knife and had pretty good flavor. My wife had pull pork sandwich which had good taste but not enough pork to cover the entire bun. BBQ beans tasted as if they were from a can, coleslaw was ordinary and we had sweet potato fries which were fine. Service however, was attentive and facility clean.

“Dry tasteless and bring your own BBQ sauce if you really want to try it.”
Reviewed July 19, 2014

We went here thinking we would have great dinner, we ordered the ribs  and half a chicken, baked beans , Cole slaw , French fries, not one of them was worth eating, and we didn't! The  ribs came out with dry rub no BBQ sauce on them and let me tell you they were so dry and the worst we have ever had, so we sent them back and ordered pulled pork sandwich, dry as well not worth eating and we didn't! The chicken looked good but that was also very dry, the baked beans were van de camps from a can, waitress said coleslaw was nice and very creamy, was not tasty or creamy at all. French fries were nice and soggy the only thing that was not dry. The bbq sauce is really bad one is spicy and sweet but has a weird taste to it as well as the original sauce, so bring your own bbq sauce if you really want to try this place. The waitress was not friendly and really wanted to be elsewhere. The wife's owner came over  listening to our dissatisfaction and reassured us it's not usually like this, she had many excuses and said all she can do is apologize and believe me that's all she did, she didn't try to even make it right. She mentioned they own another restaurant, mexican food (The Bank) which we will not be trying. We couldn't eat anything and left hungry taking us to the famous in n out just down the road where we filled up.
