My husband is a Mexican food freak. It's set up like a fast food restaurant, but the food is really good. Great value.

Breakfast or lunch is good with authentic flavors. Don't bother with the buffet the menu offering is much better.

The first thing you see when you walk in is the fresh, homemade tortillas being made in a really clean kitchen behind the clear, clean windows. You have to buy the tortillas by the dozen to take home with you! Very good food, fast service and a clean restaurant. If you like these qualities in an authentic Mexican restaurant, then go to Rosa's.

I work in Temecula and so this restaurant is really close by.

I love it!

Their food is really good and tasty. My personal favorite is their chile verde. I get it everytime!

I also love their tortillas. They are handmade and fresh. There's a window where you can watch someone make the tortillas, so you know it's good! When tortillas are handmade, there is definitely a difference.. a yummy difference.

This is totally recommended when in the area and craving Mexican food!

The only claim to fame besides bland food and a unexperienced staff, is machine made tortillas that are made behind a piece of glass. Any roadside stand would be a better shot.
