This casino was a big disappointment. It is huge and hard to park. There are no signs to tell you where to go. We would not go back.

Pechanga is one of the best casinos in the southern Riverside County/northern San Diego County area, where there are about a half dozen scattered between Temecula and Escondido. Pechanga is truly "full service" - with an extremely large casino, comedy club, dance club, theater, and great bars and restaurants.
We spent 3 nights in a Jacuzzi Suite that included a standard room and adjacent living room with TV, extra large bath with shower, closet and - of course - a jacuzzi hot tub. Pricey at $270/night, but worth it if you will be entertaining in your room or want to enjoy a hot soak with privacy.
We ate at the Great Oak Steakhouse and Seafood Grotto. The Steakhouse is equivalent to a Ruth's Chris or better, with excellent food and service. The Seafood Grotto looks a little more casual, but the fresh fish is great. Make reservations online if visiting on a weekend.
The size of the casino and level of service at Pechanga is on par with what you'd experience in a better casino hotel in Las Vegas. This is a "21" casino (must be 21 or older to be in the gaming areas). There is not much for kids to do, I suggest leaving them at home.

The casino is clean and inviting but the slot machines rarely paid out. We wish to thank the floor personnel that were very helpful and look forward to returning to the casino the next time we visit.

Having been to many Indian casinos, we were totally shocked at the size of Pechanga. The casino was about four times the size of the other Indian casinos we have been to. It is bright and airy and very pretty inside. We were there on a Friday night and there was no problem finding a machine since the place is so huge. We ate at the buffet since the prices on the menu at the steak place seemed a little high (for the price of one steak we could get the entire meal at the buffet). Although the buffet had a lot of choices, nothing was particularly delicious. I would say that the dessert table was probably the most impressive. With that being said, it was still a good bargain and we would probably return to eat there. If you like going to casinos, I would definitely make a stop there.

The Bingo event was understaffed and unorganized. The Bingo Hall was converted from the Club Silk. Pechanga still needs to renovate. There should be restrooms on each floor. And those stairs are hazardous!
The snack bar was very limited and over priced.
The MC instead of giving away prizes to more people they would combine the prizes. Not appealing. And the dumb slow random draw on the screen needs to go away. That takes up too much time.
The whole lay out is cock eyed.
The chairs are comfy. Most of the staff are nice.
Pechanga needs to go back to the drawing board.
Its was over priced.
