After some amazing mushroom soup at Pinnacle, we checked in to the Jr. Suite Madelyn helped us select. Parking was easy, and we were graciously escorted to our room by Al. The whole inn is tastefully appointed, and we enjoyed our evening listening to live music in the cellar. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even made arrangements for relaxing in-room massages. Our meals there were delicious, and we were extremely impressed with the Ponte's hospitality and Claudio's recommendation of Gourmet Italiano for our last dinner. The Pontes made our birthday getaway one of the best ever. Be sure to go olive oil tasting in Old Town while there; we bought some great infused oils and balsamic vinegars at Calabro. Cameron was a super tour guide who taught us a lot about Ponte's sustainability program, and we recommend Ponte's Super T wine. We'll definitely be back.

Room Tip: Our upstairs Jr. Suite was beautiful and roomy with a balcony and view. The bed was very comfortabl...

Very nice hotel. The staff is awesome. The accommodations are awesome. The inn is very quiet and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Within walking distance to three wineries and a short drive to most all of Temecula's wineries and just a short drive to shopping and other attractions. There are two restaurants/lounges located within the inn itself. You won't be lacking for anything to do. One thing to note. They are very environmentally friendly so the parking lot is all gravel and a little dusty but don't let that deter you from going. It's not that bad. Can't wait to go back in a few months.

Room Tip: All rooms are great and come with either a patio or balcony depending if you are one the first or se...

Green Features: As stated above this hotel is environmentally friendly as the parking lot is unpaved. The landscaping is California native drought tolerant and looks amazing. I'm going to use some of their ideas for my own yard.

RMcJR,
Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate your feed back very much. We’re so pleased to hear that you had a great time staying with us and had no shortage of things to do. Thank for also noticing our commitment to sustainability. Our parking lot is designed to capture harmful oils and deter them from our vineyards. Once again, thank you for joining us and we can’t wait to have you back again. Cheers.

Just arrived at this beautiful Inn and Winery this afternoon. I was very pleasantly greeted at the lobby and easily checked in. The double queen room with balcony overlooking the winery is large, spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and highly recommended (room 225). I am impressed by the individual Keurig coffee maker in the room with an assortment of free coffee and tea. There is not a minibar in the room, instead there is a refrigerator, where I found my specially-ordered luscious chocolate covered strawberries! Yummy!! Inviting fire pits adorn the center courtyard, and there is an outdoor restaurant with the Cellar (a bar) located downstairs. Another outdoor restaurant is just a short walk away, where my friend and I had a delightful dinner.

Customer service is stellar, everyone has a smile and a friendly greeting. Although I am not a "Wine Club" member, it seems there are good deals to be had if you are.

I live only about an hour from Temecula, but this is like another world. Thank you for providing such a beautiful location for a little rest and relaxation!

This was my second visit to the inn. I was there when the inn first opened and have not been able to return until December 2013. The stay was wonderful. The property is as nice as my first visit. This visit we decided to eat at The Cellar at night and the Bouquet restaurant for breakfast. Tia served us at The Cellar. She was very personable and we loved all her food and wind suggestions.
It it my favorite place to stay and eat in Temecula. All employes we encountered were knowledgeable and nice. Can't wait for to go back!

Room Tip: We stayed in room #203 and we heard a lot of talking when the patio door was opened. In the morning...

Green Features: Love the fact that partially used toiletries were given to those in need. Also liked the fact that towels do not have to be washed daily. Also good idea for the air to go off when patio door is open.

The courtesies delivered by the staff at the Ponte Vineyard Inn were just icing on the cake to a tremendous New Year's Eve celebration. The Inn itself is spectacular and comfortable. Special kudos to Madelyn of the front desk staff for her above-n-beyond service & professionalism in booking our New Year's Eve reservation.

Room Tip: 2nd floor balconies, especially facing west side during sunset, worth the extra $$

This trip was a Thanksgiving trip and was restful with good eats all around. Unfortunately, we had dinner at a nearby restaurant and the wait was terribly long--expected but we had hoped to prevent this by making reservations early. The food at the offsite restaurant was good, though lacking the ambiance we had been promised in ads. The food at the Bouquet restaurant at Ponte was excellent and the customer service was attentively pleasant. THIS was everything the ads promised! I think we'll be repeat customers!
