I stayed at resort couple times now, and would like finally to share. It is good location with truly a lot to offer, but...Hidden costs are for everything: extra wine glass, plates. Refrigerator doesn't have room if you would like to keep anything.

They took my own glasses, later found it but no apologies were offered. A lot of inconsistencies with policies, people don't know room prices, information and it get frustrating because you are on mini holiday, and experience gets ruined if you argue all the time with somebody...

To top it off, I was charged different amount every time, just increased slightly with no explanation, juices and snakes were charged and I didn't touch them...so choose some other place or getaway will not be a really getaway...

We had another 2 day getaway at Pechanga. We spent 2 nights in the new Resort Tower and the room was beautiful. Again we were treated so good by everyone at this hotel from the gal checking us in, valet, to people working in shops. We loved the Lobby Bar & Grill and ate there twice. The food was excellent and staff couldn’t have been nicer, breakfast in morning we had Brandon and dinner we had Merlin. Both made dining there a real treat. This hotel is clean, beautiful and would rival anything in Vegas. We did not get to pool area, next time. Since we are retired we are able to go during the week when I am sure it is a bit quieter. We won some money in casino which has a huge selection of machines and we can’t wait to return.

There are two towers here, the resort tower and the casino tower. We normally would have stayed in the resort tower but, the casino tower has "spa rooms" on floors 9 and 10. For a few dollars more a night (in our case $30 a night) you get a room with a Jacuzzi big enough for 3 people. After a day of golf and drinking fine wines this is a great way to relax.

The resort also has a shuttle service that visits several wineries with pickup and drop off from the front of the report.

The food here is very good (room service and the resort restaurants). Some of the cocktails are resort specialties and are very tasty.

My only regret is that they do not have a poker room. Only video poker is available,
