Corner Suite

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed May 16, 2019via mobile
Corner Suite in Resort Tower was a great room. Upon entering your room, you insert your room key into slot to turn and off all lights. Theres even a doorbell for your room for visiting guests to use. Instead of using a door hanger theres a button to press to notify, do not disturb or you need a housekeeper. Suite included a nice entryway, living room, dining table & bedroom and 2 nicely decorated bathrooms. In the master bath there's a nice bathtub to soak in with included soaking salts and even a rubber ducky. Living room sofa was also sofa bed and a 2 queen option could easily sleep 6. Huge TVs in each room, with USB connections everywhere. Everything was great about the room and can't wait to visit again.

Went here for the evening to celebrate husbands birthday. We did dinner at Paisanos followed by the Comedy show. They were both excellant! Our room was beautiful. Clean, fresh high tech, energy efficient. We cant wait to go back!

I thought I would give Pechanga a try, as I’m all for Indians casinos. Let’s start off that natives have the highest unemployment rate but they hire all “white management” that are rude, we had a mix up with room we’ve booked, instead remedying the problem Management was and unprofessional and did not fix the problem. I will never step foot in that casino and you should not either unless you want to treated like a number, give your money to other tribes owned casinos. They do not care for the customer.

Do not come here or go native owned casinos. Customer service is the worst. We had issues at check in it was Mother’s and Manager Michael was rude and condescending. My mother is a frequent gold card member and frequents to this establish. Needles to say this casino does not deserve your hard earned money.

This was the trip that was supposed to make up for the horrible trip we had in December. To recap we booked a weekend here because we had tickets for Trevor Noah and it’s over 2 hours from our home. The show was postponed due to Trevor losing his voice but we decided to keep our reservations as a getaway. First, we sat in valet for 40 minutes and almost missed our dinner reservation, then the check in person didn’t give us proper instructions on how to find our room so we wandered between floors for another 15 minutes after receiving misdirections from a service worker on the conference room floor. Finally, they have us a handicap room though that wasn’t requested so we had a shower instead of a tub which was the main feature of the room. So I emailed management and told them we were coming back in May for the show reschedule. She assured me it would be better. Nope! We supposedly received an discount but since they don’t email you confirmation I didn’t know what she requested. I told her I wanted the same room as we had (corner suite) because my significant other is very tall and we needed a king bed. I get an email three days before the trip and it’s a spa studio which they considered an upgrade and it’s a queen bed. I couldn’t change it because the hotel was full. His feet are hanging off of the bed and he has to sleep practically in the fetal position. This is the smallest queen Ive ever seen. We made a spa reservation for a daybed, got to the spa and checked in to the line that wasn’t marked for a cabana and told them we were checking in for a daybed. He looked up our info and gave us wristbands and towels. He never told us which daybed so we set up at regular chairs until it occurred to me something didn’t quite feel worth the money we were spending so I asked someone. I had to then go back to the desk to return the sunscreen I purchased since the proper reservation comes with a sun are bag which we weren’t given and also close our account for the daybed. I had to wait there for 20 minutes because despite having 2 registers two people couldn’t be in the system st the same time even though it’s 2019 and cars are electric 🤷🏽‍♀️ I finally spoke to an admin and they decided to waive our drink minimum which didn’t matter because we didn’t $100 on drinking anyway. It’s a nice resort but I feel like if you’re not a club member the guest service is completely absent. This place makes $200M a year and is here as a legacy for the pechanga tribe was was displaced from the Temmescu Valley, there should be more p
pride here.

Wow, went on a Friday night and this place was hoppin'. Drinks can take a bit of time to get though when it's crowded but that's normal anywhere. Crowd was fun and music was really good played by a DJ on 2nd floor.
