Stayed a week at the resort and was thoroughly impressed. Our room was in the new tower portion of the resort and was modern, spacious and comfortable. The room and the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well kept.

The staff throughout the hotel and property are courteous, friendly and helpful. It reminded me of the superb service received on a cruise ship.

Thanks to the staff at this class act hotel our times here have been relaxing enjoyable staff extremely cordial helpful and a pleasure to inner act converse with makes most anyone comfortable ganeing fun win or lose amenities are plentiful thank again staff at the lobby

we went to cove for a day use, purchased a pass with day bed, at noon, ordered food instantly , got drinks brought with in minutes , but food we only finally got to taste at 1-30 pm. very hungry and angry . found out they lost out orders slip , asked our waitress 3 times , nothing , till 1.5 hrs later they figure out what happened , as drinking margarita feeling no buzz at all , after done with one drink i order a double shot , still no taste or flavor of any alcohol , their drinks are water , and i drink very rare , and when i do , few sips is enough , but clearly here their bar is a scam. did not enjoy my time because of service
