This was our first time visiting and we were impressed! The location is centrally located in the city of Temecula with many stores, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. The casino itself is huge, rivaling many Las Vegas casinos! There is a host of restaurants, bars, and a food court. There's even a golf course on the grounds! We were checked-in by Rudy who was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Thanks Rudy! We stayed in the premiere spa suite located in the casino tower which was fantastic! The single queen bed was very comfortable. We slept like babies! The jacuzzi tub is large enough for 3 adults with jets that were rather interesting as they were on the floor of the tub only, not on the sides. The window next to the jacuzzi has an automatic window covering which was nice, no leaning over to open and close shade. The switch next to the jacuzzi has the on-off switch and light controls for the jacuzzi. There were dual sinks in the vanity and a large walk-in shower. The lamps next to the bed did have electrical plugs on the base so charging our phones was easy. There was also a media hub below the television, in-wall safe, slippers and robes, iron with ironing board, scale, coffee maker, and a fully stocked mini refrigerator. We ordered room service 4 nights and every time our call was answered by the 2nd ring and the food arrived within 15-20 minutes. Great service and great food! One of the room service attendants told us that their room service food comes from the restaurants within the hotel not the buffet or the hotel kitchen. We did try the buffet and though it was good, we preferred the room service food. Though there was a security guard stationed at the room elevators that you had to show your room card to, we had an extra level of security for the room we had. We needed to use our room card to get the elevator to go to the floor we were on. The extra security applies to the rooms on the 9th and 10th floors only. All other floors don't need a room card to access. The hotel lobby has a mobile robotic surveillance unit named "Buddy" rolling around to spot potential threats and hazards. The hotel has heated pools that are open to all guests, a huge bingo hall, a fitness and business center, numerous conference rooms and an auditorium. The hotel was hosting a MMA fight during our stay. There's even a golf course on the grounds! Parking was plentiful in the 4 level parking garage we used. The number of spaces available for each floor were displayed upon entrance and there were green lights over each available parking space making it easy to spot the open spaces. To conclude, we had a fantastic stay and we will be coming back later this year. Thanks Pechanga!
