I loved my room accommodations on the first night... Did not even mind the parking lot view. But come second night, I discovered I was housed right under their rooftop club - which had loud music until 2am on Friday and Saturday!!!
If would have been nice to have some advance notice.
I have found that it is hit and miss to find a $5 minimum craps table here. I visit mornings during the week hoping to see that the one table is $5. Recently on my last 3 visits the table was $10. Yesterday at 10:00 am it was $10 and only 4 people were there. I take the Pechanga bus and walk in hoping to see a $5 table. I don’t play slots or other table games. So I find myself “stuck” there 5 hours. Very disconcerting.
When I called Customer Service to inquire I was told that the manager decides how to run the tables.
It would be great to know ahead of time when the craps will be $5 so one could plan accordingly.
California laws don’t allow slot machines at card rooms, with the exception of Indian land. Las Vegas is about 4-5 hours away and sometimes it’s just too long and far to enjoy. In come Pechanga Resort & Casino about 2 hours drive away from Los Angeles. The place is humongous! The place is always packed! I pay about $35 a person for all you can eat buffet. Well worth it. They have their own club with events. I’m sure they have their own massage and spa. One thing I do not like is smoking inside is Ok. I don’t like being next to someone who smokes. I don’t have a choice whether or not I get to choose to take in second hand smoke. Other than that it’s an attraction in California!
I want to thank Mr. Jan-Michael, the manager at Pechanga Resort and Casino for making my parents anniversary such a beautiful and memorable experience. His friendliness, attentiveness and customer service were amazing.
This resort is so beautiful, we decided to go for one night and got there alittle early, was able to get a room with view of pool area and surrounding hills. Even though we were not in new tower, our room was very nice, clean, complimentary water and coffee, comfortable bed and pillows and very roomy. Casino is beautiful, huge and has a nice non smoking area and also very clean. But the main thing we noticed is the awesome customer service, from Stan who checked us in, gift shop gals, housekeeping and restaurant people, we were treated so nice, felt like queen for the day. Granted it was a Wednesday and not super busy but we really appreciated how we were treated and we will definitely be back.
