“Fun and relaxing!”
Reviewed April 23, 2013 via mobile

We visited Old Town Temecula thinking we would only be there for an hour or so.... but with with all the little shops we spent the whole day! Our favorite place was Temecula Olive Oil Company! I wish we could have toured their other locations! The wonderful staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable it was a great learning/tasting experience. So great we shipped two boxes of oil and vinegar home!!!! Definitely recommend for locals and tourists alike.

“It's a must do!”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

When we were asked if we would like to do a tasting I thought, drinking Olive oil.... this is not going to be good. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was a lot of fun and so delicious. I could have bought them all, luckily my level-headed husband was there and we ended up with just one. We purchased "Just dip it" Olive oil, balsamic, mixed with herbs and spices. Priced at $23, its little more than you'll find and the grocery but honestly there is no comparison.

“Oh what fun”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

Who would have thought how much fun we would have had with olive oil tasting. We tasted 15+ tastings of oil and/or oil with vinegar. Oils had a variety of wonderful flavors and each one was paired with different vinegars. We walked out with a tiny variety pack of oils and a bottle of pomegranate vinegar. Many ideas shared for cheeses, salads, snacks and entrees. Staff was fun and helpful.

“Quaint, and totally awesome!”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

My wife and I met two other couples in Old Town, Temecula. We had four stops planned, this was our first. I'm so glad! What fun we had! The shop is in front and there is SO MUCH to purchase. Not just olive oil, but anything they have created using their olive groves. The owners of the shop are the growers as well. They have skin care type items, cooking items, cutting boards, spice holders, much more. And they are all made from their olive trees. How cool is that? Anyway, the room in the back has the tastings and all of their fabulous olive oil. You get six tastings and they are divine! The woman who did our tasting was fantastic. Funny, lively, and interactive. We bought two bottles at the end and the other two couples purchased oil as well. It is that good. If you cook with olive oil, or are interested in doing so, or for no reason at all except to have a good time, check this place out! Bonus? The tastings are FREE!

“Great olive oil tasting bar”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

You can get lots of different olive oils here. The problem is deciding which one you want. So we got a few. The blood orange is so great for fish and the just dip it is great for dipping breads or for meats or fish. You can also book a tour of the olive farm. The staff is super friendly and really knows their oils. They also have a great selection of gourmet olives. Gift packs are available also.
