Their tasting room is their barrel room, which was pretty neat. The environment was unique and made it feel like you were in on the action. The wines were decent-- some were good and some were just average. I realize that it's a small operation, but the prices were somewhat high compared to some of the other wineries in the area. We paid the same for 2 bottles of wine there that we did for 4 bottles at Leonesse, and I feel that the quality was the same. The staff was nice, but I didn't feel that they spent too much time with us talking about the wine, especially considering that there were only 4 people there when we went.

We love the wines at Robert Renzoni. A friend of ours took us here. The staff is friendly. There isnt much in the line of ambiance but the wine makes up for it!!!

We liked Robert Renzoni so much we went there twice while on our summer vacation. We found out about it through a staff person at another winery -- they said they like to go there when they're not working. Spend the extra couple bucks and do the premium tasting for $15.00. This gives you five tastings of their premium wines -- all excellent, especially the Friar and the Port. Plus you get a very nice red wine glass to take home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What a great little winery and vineyard!

We selected this winery as one of four we visited on the De Portola Wine Trail in the Temecula Wine Country. We were impressed with the quality of their reserve wine tasting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tasting room did not have the ambience of some of the larger wineries in the area but is was fun and we enjoyed the wine selection. This was an easy drive from San Diego where we were staying. Sunday afternoon was a good time for our visit because it was not crowded and the staff did not rush you.

We were on the Grapeline Bus Tour. The owner was there to welcome us and go over the history of his winery, review the wines, and tell us about a relatives marinara sauce. He even provided samples with the red wines. This was one of the more fun wineries.
