What a horrible experience. We stayed 3 nights, paying $800 per night. The owner and property management company advertised it as a property with pool, spa, grill and pizza oven. The pool turned out to be 57 degrees and we had to pay extra if we wanted to heat it. Ok, so I can understand perhaps, but why not say that in the ads. My 11 year old daughter finally got the courage to take a quick dip, and said there were spider webs all over the inside of the grotto. It was a very quick dip.

The hot tub was broken and did not work. They finally sent someone out on the last day, and said they knew it did not work and had parts on order. The grill outside did not work and someone finally came on the third day to try to do something with it. We had brought steaks and other grill food, so that was all a waste. The security alarm kept going off at 5 am each morning waking us all up, even though we had not set it. My husband spent 3 hours with a Seabreeze property management maintenance man on the last day trying to get the security alarm disarmed so it would not awaken us all the final morning.

The pizza oven was filthy and filled with soot and debris. The new owner (October 2017) and Sea Breeze Property Management refused to compensate us for the inconvenience of it all. Nice location and property, but once they get your pre-payment , there is nothing they will do for you.
