Wines were average, always crowded, not worth it.  Didn't try the food, but not really interested in going back.

“Good wine, rude employees!”
Reviewed January 16, 2012

Went on temecula wine tasting with family and friends! Rented a limo so no one had to drive. Beautiful drive from San Diego! From the time we got to Wilson creek winery the people were not very helpful or friendly. We had just come from the south coast winery where the experience was wonderful. Once we got through the check in we went to the family area for our tasting. The older lady pouring was just rude. Would not listen to our requests or explain anything about the wines. I love wine tasting because I always try to learn something as well as enjoy the wine. I don't drink to get drunk, I drink wine paired with meals. All she was doing was pouring wine, I expect more from someone working in a winery! We, all 10 of us agreed, and moved to another area. Found a lady named Lisa, wish we would have found her first. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Joined the wine club, bought several hundred dollars of wine and snacks. We headed out to be picked up at limo where we were confronted by employee JG, or GJ who was the rudest of all. She did not ask she demanded we give her the glasses. Really, that cheap, after paying to taste wine and not even having that applied to a purchase which most wineries north of here do! After joining your club, and purchasing two cases of wine! You want a two dollar glass back, fine! Find someone with some people skills to at least ask in a civil and polite manner. I could care less about the glass! Keep it! When she started giving our driver a hard time and told us we could find a better limo company, that's when I had it! That was totally unprofessional and uncalled for! A supervisor came out after she called and demanded that he do so, I actually wondered who the boss was! He tried to be nice but she had already ruined the experience. Would not recommend this winery to anyone and would not go back, especially on a weekend!
