“Very pleasant experience”

IWhen we first got to the building, it didn't look like much, but the room was clean and had a nice bathroom and amenities, good towels too. The bed was a little too firm but the sheets and cover were great and soft, I slept so well!
The hot springs were nice and relaxing, the water felt silky, but the room itself could use a coat of paint and a little updating.
The night skies were AWESOME!!!

Thank you so much for your comments. We really value your opinion. I am glad you enjoyed our skies here in the desert as it is very peaceful and can provide for great entertainment at night. Please be sure to check with us for the next star party; we have recently partnered with the Death Valley Chamber of Commerce, and received a telescope which allows us to view deep space images and project them onto a screen!

Thank you,

Ryan Muccio

LOVED IT!!! We'll be back during the cooler months. The mineral water is superb. We stayed in the newly refurbished motel rooms. The cabins looked scary and the RV park...well it's in the desert. The mattresses were a little firmer than I would like, but the room was clean, nicely appointed and very close to the mineral tubs. The place isn't fancy. No TV, no phone, no cell phone reception...pure heaven! Not too far away from Death Valley. I left a piece of my heart there.

Loved the food at Crow Bar in Shoshone (5 minutes drive). The "executive chef" at Pastel's (Tecopa Hot Springs Resort eatery) watched one too many episodes of "Top Chef." A whole lotta ingredients in one mixed up bite.

Thank you for your comments, especially about the bed. We are trying to work the kinks out of our new rooms so we really value your comments and will look into getting softer beds. We are happy you enjoyed your stay here in Tecopa. We hope to see you in the near future!

THE WEBSITE DOESN'T SHOW THE BARREN GROUNDS OR THE BROKEN DOWN BUSES. Our "rustic "cabin had chipped concrete floors no rugs a ragged bedspread and worn out mattress, Peeling paint in the bath and shower the "springs" were two small concrete tanks with ratting in the wind sky-lites needless to say we left and went LONGSREETS Hotel and Casino and had a wonderful time visiting Death Valley very sorry that I wasn't there long enough to take photo's

Sir,

I am very sorry we could not accommodate you at our resort. It is unfortunate that you arrived in a Desert Dust Storm, as it can look, and feel very desolate during a wind storm here in the Mojave. You did book a rustic cabin, however we do have recently remodeled motel rooms which you did not look at. Also our mineral springs are located in a bathhouse with Jacuzzi Styles Tubs with no jets. I’m not sure what springs you saw.
On behalf of everyone here at the resort we wish you a better experience if you decide to return to Tecopa.

Thank you,
Ryan Muccio
