What a great outing for our family (my husband&I & our 18 year old son). Now that our son is older, it is more difficult to find things that would entertain the three of us. This tree-top obstacle course was both fun and challenging for all of us. The check -in was easy and the ground-school presentation gave us adequate understanding and practice of the safety features of the gear.
After the safety presentation, you only have about two hours to go through all of the obstacle courses. Start with the easiest one (green) if you must, but don't save the most difficult(black diamond) course for last because you don't want to be too tired for that. Go to the course with the least people, you don't want to get stuck behind someone slow and waste your time. You will have a blast. It is a must-do when you are in Tahoe. Must be in pretty good shape and there is a weight-limit for safety. Some of the courses are pretty high up and quite challenging, but very safe. Reserve ahead of time, they get booked-up.

Nothing to dislike here! Definitely would do this again! Great for kids as well since they have their "squirrel" obstacle course, which my nephew absolutely loved.

Leave a little extra time to get to the location as we hit traffic heading through town. Check in was efficient and we were suited up in no time. The “ground school” portion was nicely presented and we immediately had a sense of how the safety gear worked. After negotiating a ground-level course to familiarize ourselves with the gear, we were let loose. The courses gradually become more difficult as you negotiate different obstacles in the treetops. As we neared the end of our day, my 12 year old hit her limit and became tangled in one of the obstacles. The staff was patient with her as they reassured her, detangled her and then lowered her to the ground. I highly recommend this for families with an adventurous spirit.

We had so much fun the first time, we went back again several days later. This ropes course is an incredible experience for both adults and kids. The Squirrel course was great fun for 5,7,8 and 9 year olds while the Monkey course proved challenging for my husband, myself and several of our friends. This is a new "must do" while you are up at the Lake.

Our family booked the monkey course and when we got there our youngest was not tall enough. The squirrel course was full but the great staff accommodated us. They allowed me to go with my 8 year old on the squirrel course and then switch with another family member halfway. Excellent and friendly staff were great with the kids. Both courses are so much fun! Our family enjoyed this experience and will definitely be coming back. The more challenging courses on the Monkey course are certainly a good work out and require some athleticism. There are easier courses for those not quite up to the challenge of a more strenuous activity. Highly recommend this!
