Just not the pleasant experience we were anticipating for our Thanksgiving week. The room decor was hideous,"postcard" sized artwork was tacky, bathroom was outdated and the towels were small and scratchy. The wifi was spotty and the breakfast was bland.
When I complained about the sofa bed being uncomfortable, I was told that it wasn't really for sleeping on for adults. My six year old grandchild couldn't sleep on it and the manager said "some kids are just picky".
Our last morning was very unpleasant due to the front desk clerk complaining to anyone who would listen about another employee not making the morning coffee and orange juice.
