This excellent hotel surpassed my expectations BY FAR! Free shuttle to and from the airport, complimentary parking for those who rent a car, and free cookies and coffee at the entrance (what a sweet welcome!). Furthermore, we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast buffet (did I say it was delicious?). Oh, and one night, we were craving a midnight snack, so we bought some canned fruit at the grocery store. When we were stuck without a can opener at the hotel, the nice gentleman who works in the restaurant was kind enough to open our cans for us, even though he was off duty, and it was afterhours. The beds were heavenly. There was a business center in the lobby with brand new computers and free printers, so we were able to print our flight itinerary before the flight home. Very convenient. Very comfortable. I was surprised over and over again. I definitely recommend this hotel! ENJOY :)

This is a nice place with lots of features: free breakfast, free internet, laundromat, computer with printer, snacks in the lobby, exercise room, desks, ... The free breakfast was the best of its kind I've ever had. The menu changed daily, it had a number of cooked items, fresh berries, do-it-yourself waffles, home fries made from red potatoes, you name it! The physical plant is nice. Has an excellent fountain out front and a comfortable lobby like a living room. Our main quibble was with the 1.5 gpm shower head, but I suppose that is a California thing.

on all three stays i have been wonderfully satisfied with accommodations, location and especially the staff. Front Desk helpful and particularly one nice, cheerful lady named Lakha who greets you and makes sure your meal is complete. I would highly recommend this hotel. Just try it out and you will see what i mean. But then my secret will be out!

Christmas time visit with extended family staying at this location. Best part was beds and pillows, better than home. Next best the location: no street/highway noise to interrupt sleep. Complimentary breakfast very good. Lobby/adjacent living room area quiet and comfy, w/ coffee and cookies. Lost myself in wi-fi while roommates sleeping. Staff cordial, helpful, desk, breakfast, and housekeeping, cleaning room late in day on Christmas. Only downside was noise in hallway from other guests yelling: was awake so not a problem. Less expen-sive and much quieter than usual choice [Hilton], which while further away in miles from family, difference in minutes [Lawrence Expressway] is miniscule.

I got a really cheap rate bidding on priceline, and it's certainly well worth it.

The room is pretty much what you'd expect of a standard 2.5~3 star hotel room.

It's a bit out of the place, and you really need a car.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Our softball group chose this hotel because of the price and location it offered. We paid $79.00/room which wasn't bad, but there are ups as well as downs.
First, on the up-side: There's lots of parking, front desk lady very sweet, breakfast was decent (the eating room is great), check-in was a breeze. We stayed 2 nights, and after our first night's stay, the room was cleaned much better than when we checked in. Kudos to the housekeeper! The TV had lots of channels. We had two rooms, and the King room was large and nicer than the double room.
On the down-side: The bedding is horrendous. The blankets had hair (like man-hair, chest hair, ah, the black curly kind) and stains (like man-stains) on them. The towels in the bathroom also had hair on them. The mattresses are awful. My 9 year old actually felt a spring coming through and the beds were as hard as a rock. All of us had back aches after sleeping on them. There is only one mirror in the double room. The rooms are dark and dated, and had water damage mold around the floor boards of the bathroom. Our bathroom fan didn't work.
I would not stay here solely because of the bedding-issue. Ew.
