This is a nice place if you get the reduced rate but not a full price. This is a mid range, older hotel and that's it. Nothing more, nothing less. If you're staying longer than a week, I would recommend you find somewhere else.

The hotel is very run-down and dirty. It even smelled bad. The exercise equipment looked like it was dragged out of someone's attic and never used since the 70's. The clientele was a bit shady. A couple of guys were replacing a radiator to a pick-up in the parking lot. The quality of the TV resolution was horrible. Days Inn should seriously consider leveling it and building something new.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We try very hard to make our guests stays as pleasant as possible and it is always a disappointment when we learn one of them has left with a less than first-rate experience. To be honest, the vast majority of our guests really enjoy their stays with us, so your feedback is quite unusual. As you mention, we do have quite an old building, which does have its charms, and many of our guests love, but we understand that it may not be to everyone's taste. We have a fantastic team here, who work tirelessly to ensure that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard. Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it. Best wishes, Hotel Management

Scott is very nice and efficient with guest serivces and he really pays attention to help people out. The room was quiet and clean so I could get some good sleep. The only thing that I may wanna comment is the hotel could become more popular if there were more choices of restaurants nearby.

We will be sure to pass your feedback to Scott, who always does such a fantastic job of helping people to the very best of his ability - he will be delighted with your comments. We're sorry that you didn't find some of the nearby restaurants - there are a few close by, and some of the best restaurants in the city are a few minutes drive from us. On 1/5/2017 morning I met a young guest from Taiwan who is an engineer attend a meeting in Silicon Valley. He is booking for two weeks. However, he lost his entire back-bag in his room while took pictures outside the room. He already call 911 and waiting for the security camera to view who video footage of the area of his room for the 5PM of 1/4. he suspects that someone has a copy of his room key can enter his room. The next day, no video tape was retrieved. I help him to get a proof of VISA at the Taiwan foreign traveling authority. Since my girl friend also lodged in the same Inn along. I did not tell my friend, and left next day. My viewpoints are: 1) Why the security camera cannot be retrieved? 2) Any similar security issue happen before?
Obviously, the security camera is broken or not functioning at all.

Thank you very much for staying with us recently. We are sorry that your experience with us was marred by the incident that happened with your acquaintance. Rest assured that we are helping him and the police in every way we can. Our hotel is a very safe establishment, and we have strict controls and procedures around room keys. We are satisfied that there was no duplicate key of the room. Unfortunately, not all areas of the property are covered by CCTV - this would be the case in most hotels as it is very difficult to capture all areas. We hope that this incident will not deter you from staying with us again - we would love to welcome you back. Best wishes, Hotel Management
