Owner description: Banner Island Ballpark is the home of the Stockton Ports baseball team. Built in 2005, in Downtown Stockton, also the same place where Lawrence Thayer wrote his famous poem "Casey at the Bat" took place. Banner Island is quite the sight for new comers, located next to Stockton's deep water channel, and the Downtown Stockton skyline. Banner Island is a great place for family fun! See you at the ballpark!

“A superb little ballpark”
Reviewed August 17, 2012

Stockton's baseball has a long and storied history. It is great that the Stockton and the Stockton Ports finally have a park that is truly first class. Now the neighborhood the park is located in is not all that great, so I strongly encourage people to park in the stadium lots (I think it is only $5.00). Ball park itself has lots to do. Great stadium store. Usual ballpark food and beverage fare with plenty of special deals ($1 a beer night etc). Great for parties or large groups. Comcast Club is for high-end customers, but its worth it to sit there as the club has its own chef and bar. Ushers and everyone else are great. Baseball is pretty decent too as this is where tomorrow's stars start. Play ball!

“A Rocking Good Time on Rocking Seats!”
Reviewed July 19, 2012

This is a great place to watch baseball. The place is close to the Stockton Waterfront and the Delta. Cool breeze all throughout the summer time is the best natural feature of this ballpark plus their rocking seats and great refreshment stations and souvenir shops! But do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. This Ballpark is in the midst of a crime-ridden area in downtown Stockton. And always go in groups! There is always strength in numbers!

“It's a great Ballpark”
Reviewed February 26, 2012

No matter where you sit you have an excellent view. They designed it in such a way that as the sun is setting the viewers are shielded in the shade. There is obvious pride in it as the park is always clean. It's a great place for family time.
