We stayed here at the beginning of May and we’re very happy with it. Rooms were big with corner sofa and big tv. Bed was big and comfortable! The bathroom was really small but who cares about that really. The breakfast was ok had a couple of different options ie waffles, toast, eggs, meat, pastries etc. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient but the only one complaint was the timing of the shuttles - the hotel has a list of times they arrive but they never once arrived on time and we were left every night outside the airport freezing waiting at least 30 mins for the shuttle as they’d come so late. In hindsight we should’ve just taken an Uber into San Fran instead of airport and BART to avoid this. But hotel itself was satisfactory.

Was a forced overnight stay after United canceled our flight. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful even at 1:30am. Room was clean bed was comfortable for the 4 hours we used it. Shuttle was on time and efficient.

The staff made all the difference. Checked us in early. For some reason changed our room before we checked in to one that was said to be better. Lots of tables for breakfast which included waffles. Area was under construction but we had were in town for business and only there overnight. Walking distance to a 7-11 or other hotels. Surprised how quiet it was considering the area was fenced off a lot for street construction of some type. Standard room for hotel chain and bed comfort and cleanliness were met. The shower was tricky but the instructions were included on the room map.
