The staff made all the difference. Checked us in early. For some reason changed our room before we checked in to one that was said to be better. Lots of tables for breakfast which included waffles. Area was under construction but we had were in town for business and only there overnight. Walking distance to a 7-11 or other hotels. Surprised how quiet it was considering the area was fenced off a lot for street construction of some type. Standard room for hotel chain and bed comfort and cleanliness were met. The shower was tricky but the instructions were included on the room map.

Booked a room here to have easy access to SFO for a morning flight. We were unable to check-in early as they were "full the night before." No problem with that, but when we did check-in there were many people waiting for rooms that had yet to be cleaned. They failed to tell us that the parking lot and road next to the hotel were under construction, and that there is no wall between the train tracks and the hotel. We were awakened several times during the night by lengthy trains and those signally with a horn. Worse night ever in a hotel. You must pay for parking as a guest too.

i had to spend one night here because my flight delayed. I arrived at 1.30 in the night, and i was too tired to see how ruined is the room, with very old and ruined moquette, really to be fixed. I saw this in the morning when i woke up, i also saw that the room was not that clean, with trash can full of stuff...a question came up to my mind, did they clean and prepare the room??? What about bed??? i didn't want to investigate and suddenly had a shower. I finally had a poor quality breakfast, with chemical coffee and undrinkable orange juice, then i had my transfer to the airport. I don't know how much this "experience" could cost, since it's been kindly offered by United "delay" Airlines.
