“Diner food...”
Reviewed August 24, 2013 via mobile

The only reason I'm going to give it two stars was the service, which was great. That's about where the good part stops. I ordered the five and dime burger, which while a good price, was lacking taste. It came in one of those little red baskets with a small handful of limp french fries. I would've gladly paid more for a decent hamburger. They didn't even have cheddar cheese for the hamburger only American. My other choice was to pay $12 for a 12 ounce, yes you got it, a three-quarter pound hamburger, ridiculous. The decor was tacky but at least we had a view of the water. I can't recommend this place, drive up the road and find someplace else to dine. I also would recommend not taking clients here as it's very loud and the chairs are uncomfortable.

“Eat, Drink Some Wine, Enjoy the View and the walk back to your room!”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

The food was good and portions were nice size. The clam chowder was very good and so was the soar dough bread. We did not try the desserts. You have a nice view of marina.

“acceptable needs improvement”
Reviewed June 23, 2013 via mobile

The staff was great as was the view but... some entrees were good (the shrimp)and others not (the salmon was dry) and both came with bland instant rice; steamed or mashed potatoes would be better. The choice of included starters were just a chunk of iceberg lettuce or an indifferent soup. Very limited wine list. Acceptable restaurant but I wish the management would improve it some.

“Wonderful view at night”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

The salmon was a little dry (in their defense, we did walk in 30 minutes to closing), however the service was excellent and the ambience was very romantic. My husband had steak, he stated that it was very good.

“Lovely location, uneven dining experience”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

We chose this restaurant because we were staying at the hotel (Inn at Oyster Point), and there are no other restaurants nearby. Like the hotel rooms, the dining room looks out onto the harbor. Our dinner coincided with happy hour, which made for much more noise than we would have liked. Some other diners sat outside, probably to escape from the din. Food quality was uneven. The main courses were good--they seemed freshly cooked and arrived hot--but the accompanying side dishes were cool. The salads were uninspired. I would not be inclined to go back.
