Great hotel, they gave us a free upgrade, and a beautiful cheese, crackers, snacks, and a bottle of champagne! Employees were so nice there and helpful, especially ANNA at front desk, we will definently return!

We stayed here on our last night in SF- as we had a very early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. Upon first entering the hotel, we were very impressed. It had a beautiful atrium filled with plants and even a coy pond with a little bridge running across it. The front desk staff was very friendly and eager to help in any way they could.
The room itself was very large- with a living room and a seperate bedroom. The bed was very, very comfortable, and it was extremely quiet the entire time we were there. My only concern was the smell. I had picked a smoking room, knowing it would obviously have a bit of a smokey smell, but it was intense! it smelled as though someone had smoked 10 packs of cigarettes right before we arrived, and not aired it out for even a moment. it smelled that way the entire time, even after we'd opened the sliding glass door to air it out. Even just a bit of air freshener would have helped. It was so bad, the clothes that I had left out on top of the dresser for the next day reeked of smoke.

the free breafast was very impressive and well stocked- they even had an omeltte bar! the breakfast alone made up for the smell of the room. The pool was also great after a long day, and it stayed open till midnight, which was very unusual but greatly appreciated! and last but not least, the shuttle to the airport was on time and also free- as was parking I believe.

Overall, an excellent value- just don't book a smoking room!

Room Tip: There are two Embassy Suites very close to each other around the airport- make sure you end up at the correct one!

Loved the hotel! The staff, the breakfast, the pool, the attrium, the lobby everything is really nice! The rooms are spacious and clean. Quick access to main highway. Can't complain about anything. Ron, the manager at front desk, was super helpful and informative, always willing to help with a smile.

We stayed here before and this hotel is always great with customer service. Last visit we had some issues and they were very quickly addressed. This time everything was great! They even addressed the problem they used to have with long wait times for breakfast and the managers reception! Kudos! They now have hot breakfast items on the sides without having to wait in line. Much better flow. So unless you are wanting a cooked to order egg, if there is a line, don't wait in it and go on over to one of the side buffets where they also have the same hot items on the bar! We were on the 10th floor and really enjoyed watching the planes take off. This property is far enough away from the airport that you don't hear the planes; however, there is a train track beside the hotel and a train did go by while we were there, but thankfully not at a time while we were sleeping.

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the train tracks unless you are on a high floor.

I chose this hotel as it was very near to the airport.

What I expected was a pretty basic hotel. What I found was a Ten Storey structure where the interior is hollowed out with all floors visible and the void filled with a large and beautiful garden.

This is a part of the Hilton Chain and so I was offered a large room which was basically a living room and separate bedroom. The furnishings were basic however the bed was very comfortable, it was clean and everything worked. Whilst there are blockout curtains, they do not overlap and despite my best efforts the sun light up my room from early in the morning. So I recommend you do not get an east facing room.

Breakfast was a basic fare although there was enough choice and a station where they would cook you some eggs or an omlete. This was all included in the room rate which I thought was pretty reasonable.

The fitnesss centre was small but adequate with 24 hour access.

It was certianly pleasant to be able to walk out of your room and look down on the lush gardens in the attrium. Over all a comfortable and nice place to stay that was airport friendly.

Room Tip: Avoid an east facing room.
