This restaurant was a disappointment in that all of the recipes were very bland. The ingredients were obviously of excellent quality, and well prepared. If you are fond of very bland food you will probably really like the place. This is the first chinese restaurant that I have ever visited that actually diluted the hot mustard to make it milder.
The deep-fried prawns were the only really poor item. The batter was way too thick and heavy making the shrimp impossible to taste. Stripping the batter completely off revealed very good shrimp inside.
This restaurant has survived for a lot of years in Sonora, so the locals must really like bland chinese food. The service was very prompt and friendly.
