We got this on an internet deal and it was fantastic value. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and easy to access from our room. It has a nice feel with all rooms facing the courtyard. The breakfast included was huge. There is a Whole Foods Market across the street with everything you'd ever want to snack on. And it is close to great places for families like Cline Wineries and the Mission Museum.

We got this hotel through Hotwire. It was a good deal. Not exactly in Napa but only a short drive, maybe 15-20 minutes. There are also wineries in the Sonoma area. The hotel is located across from a shopping center, with a Whole Foods Market and a Black Bear Diner. Parking was plenty, free breakfast was fine, cereals, coffee, waffles, microwavable breakfast burritos, juice, oatmeal, etc.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a little kitchenette but we didn't use it. Our room faced the shopping center so we heard some traffic and the walls may be a little thin because I could hear neighbors talking.

Overall it was a good experience for what we paid. I would stay there again unless I found a place actually in Napa.

As we were traveling I had no time to use an Internet booking site as i usually did, so I just walked in and asked for their best rate. The receptionist was great and lowered the rate for me and Then gave me an upgraded room as she said i had had a bad day! The room was very large and comfortable, bed and bedding very nice and bathroom clean. There was even an open fireplace with a log of compressed wood ready to burn. The courtyard had wonderful pool and hot tub which we were too tired to use sadly! Rose was also very good with recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was the normal breakfast bar but included waffles and pancakes, fruit and choices of yoghurt. Can't complain! Great place to stay within walking distance to everything. Sonoma was a very nice town and we could have spent more time there exploring wineries but sadly had to move on. High recommendation for this hotel . Thanks Rose!

Room Tip: Had an outside room which was very quiet, very large.

Tis is a very nice motel with a great location and a very friendly staff. Rooms are large with fireplaces. This was on Hotwire which at $49.00 a half price visit (middle of the week) which made it even better, but at full price well worth the visit

Room Tip: Got this off of Hotwire at $49.00 a night. Best bargin of the year so far

This hotel and room were lovely, only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard! Love the location as you can walk downtown and to dinner. Very helpful staff at the front desk. Room was nicely appointed and they even provided a log for the fireplace.

Very noisey wall-mounted heater unit was difficult to control and none of the heat entered the bathroom. Loose toilet seat
FILTHY carpet made my feet turn the bathtub black when I showered after crossing the room a couple of times in bare feet.

Thank you for your input regarding your stay. Guest input such as yours helps us improve and better serve our guests. We are very sorry to hear about the problems you experienced with your room. Regarding the heater and toilet, I hope we would have resolved that during your stay if we were aware of the problem.

In terms of the carpet, we strive to keep up a regular schedule of cleaning carpets. Typically this time of year, which is considered the 'off season', is optimal for shutting down rooms for this purpose. Fortunately for us, we find ourselves remaining very busy, however that does not excuse the state you found your carpet in.

We would appreciate the opportunity to provide you an excellent stay should you visit the area again. If so, please contact me directly prior to making reservations.

Sincerely,

Rose Doherty

We stayed for just one night here and it was a great choice for a visit to Sonoma. The room was very large, fairly basic decor, clean. Checkin required a wait but the staff were very friendly. Morning breakfast didn't look particularly appetizing but turned out to be okay. The location was perfect for walking to dinner and exploring the town the next day.
