Glad we had this fun place on our "must do" list. Lots of local flare, it was our first stop in wine country after leaving the big city (San Francisco). Did not disappoint...great food and friendly service. Very casual and low key dining either at wooden picnic tables out in the side yard or indoors.

Had breakfast with family. Bacon smell in the air, country atmosphere in a country setting. Fun to watch cook run to the shed for ingredients and drink fresh squeezed orange juice in a mason jar. The bacon tasted so fresh. Homemade plum and cardoman was the jam of the day, freshly made by chef. First time eating grits and I already want more. Excellent coffee. Good prices too.

My husband and I were wine tasting at shrug and not only had great wine but gained a recommendation to stop here! It looks like it belongs on diners, dive-ins and drives. Everything is home made and really good!

Never really noticed this place driving to Sonoma. It would be easy to miss just sitting there on the side of the road. We went based on a Tripadvisor recommendation. Good advice. Reasonably priced, fun atmosphere, great food. Fried chicken was delicious!

We didn't try any of their great looking fried foods instead focused on a daily salad and a Whole Hog sandwich. Great combination too. Interesting watermelon and onion side came with the Whole Hog that included goat cheese. They pickle pieces of watermelon rind that look like beets. Give it a try.
These people know what they are doing and do it well.
