This place is sooooo much fun! Awesome foodie menu. Great true diner vibe. Waitress was so funny and helpful. All four of us ordered different items and everyone loved what they ordered. Such a unique and special place. We ate here between a quick stop to the napa premium outlets and our next winery tour at Domaine Carneros-very convenient stop off. I would make sure to eat here if I was headed back to Sonoma or anywhere in the area.

Great food! I love the southern country style cooking, and this place is really good in that aspect! It is located quite far from the crowd, in the midst of a farm. The menu is also not with a lot of options. But the food makes it up for everything! The fried catfish was the yummiest I ever had! Don't forget to try their french fries, and the pulled pork sandwich.

This place used to be a real dump, then sat abandoned for quite awhile. I noticed some interior remodeling going on a couple years ago but nothing really changed with the exterior, except paint, etc. Finally had a chance to stop in today on the drive back from a camping trip on the coast. What a surprise.
The place has quite a large yard for exterior dining at the side. The wait was quite short (less than 10 minutes) the servers had a good understanding of the menu (our party of 4 questioned them on several offerings) and the menu offerings were very good. They underscore the "farm fresh" and local nature of the ingredients, and this was apparent in the meals: fresh and delicious!
Bottom Line:
POSITIVE:
1. Excellent service from a staff that was quite busy.
2. Meals were tasty and fresh. We had the Toasted Cheese sandwich, Reuben Sandwich, and the Fremont Burger; an appetizer of Deviled Eggs with a mustard seed garnish (excellent), and milkshakes for dessert (Guittard Chocolate, and Salted Caramel) as well as a Strawberry Float.
3. Nice selection of wines and micro-brews (such as Lagunitas IPA and Boonville Brewery) as well as some old standards not usually seen on the menu: Olympia, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Miller High-life. No Budweiser :)
4. Not overly-priced but not cheap, either. We had a appetizer, four main dishes, two micro-brews, a diet soda, two milkshakes, and a strawberry float: $79.84 which I rounded out to an even $100 with the tip for our server (she was really very good). Not exactly McDonalds prices but the meal was very good; so, reasonable for a party of four.

NEGATIVES:
1. Flys. This place is in the middle of farming country; a large barnyard with the requisite manure mounds is just up the road. So...if you eat outside you're gonna have some unwanted guests.
2. Heat. We were there shortly after noon on a hot day. The exterior dining is painted picnic tables and umbrella shades. I'm sure the shades are fine in the morning, but as the sun begins to slant the shaded area shrinks dramatically. This can be uncomfortable (it was for us, but only toward the end of the meal).

We will definitely eat here again, if only to try out some of the other intriguing items on the menu.
