Well located but extremely expensive for what you get. The rooms are clean and simple and not particularly luxurious. I stayed in the cottages. Approx $500/night plus tax. Staff were polite. Facilities are basic for the price. There's also a resort fee. In terms of value, this hotel is a poor choice.

This is a very nice hotel. Cottages were very nice, well clean, and a great stay in the heart of wine country. The offer a shuttle to Sonoma downtown so you can enjoy your stay and forget about driving.

Wonderful resort with very nice grounds. Cottages are large and very comfortable. Great staff! Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and accommodating. Special kudos to Esteban in the onsite restaurant who provided us with outstanding service on two occasions. Highly recommend this place,

Room Tip: Upgrade to cottage is well worth the extra cost

This was a very last minute plan over a holiday weekend but we were able to secure a cottage room and we were grateful for that. Everything was fine but overall the price was very high in relation to the amenities. For example, the pool ran out of towels both days we were there, the lobby did not have any newspapers on the morning of the holiday, the room soaps were small and linens not so great...hmmm not sure I'd do that again.

We love this place. Easy access to Sonoma Square, great for kids and close to Train Town. Fantastic, clean and "roomy" rooms. Only catch this time around was lack of service around the pool. Seemed like we had to wait a long time for service. Other than that, amazing time, once again. Restaurant has an amazing brunch and I forget her name, but our server was one of the best servers I've ever had. Great time.
