Have stayed in numerous Renaissance hotels worldwide and have always had exceptional facilities with exceptional service. Truthfully, quite surprised that this facility is even classified as a "Renaissance". The bed room is way outdated. The bathroom was modern but there was a pipe hole in ceiling above the tub that leaked moldy water into the tub. Quite nasty if you are bathing rather than showering.
There is zero security into the out building, no key card needed to enter, and poor balcony security. The balconies all connect and the balcony doors open outward so even when locked they can push open. We had to call twice after being out for the day to get the room serviced and each time there were fewer and fewer towels when they knew there were three people in this room. The tv clicker did not function. Pancakes ordered for breakfast from room service were unavailable due to a "menu cleanse". Pool is nice, hot tub gets crowded. The Bean bar in the lobby is nice. Good wine, some breakfast foods and snacks
The employees were polite and helpful.
The location is far from town for walking but there is a shuttle. Very Very expensive for what you are getting. More
