Historical landmark with interesting information. This is the last of the missions in California. The chapel was beautiful, worth a visit.

“An inexpensive pretty cool museum.”

More than I expected for only $3. Had a nice outdoor fountain and lots of history. The General Vallejo house and barracks included in price.

“Worth a stop”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2013

If you enjoy history you'll enjoy a stop here to see the mission. The admission charge was minimal and the tour is self-guided. The barracks next door was also interesting.

“State Park”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 23, 2013

The ticket bought at the mission also includes the barracks, the old hotel and also the summer ranch of Vallejo just outside Petaluna. Great to see the history being preserved. Lots of information, all very well presented.

“Fun Outing to Historic Site”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 8, 2013

This was a great way to spend the afternoon and learn more about California's history. Exploring the mission's chapel and exhibits gave a glimpse at what life was like for people living at the Solano Mission and other like it. It was impressive to see how well-preserved the artifacts were. The Mission is also situated close to many shops and cafes to stroll around after your visit.
